Week #16: Where Feet May Fail

16. Subject: Write about your feet.

These feet have walked through mountain trails. They have conquered hills. They have wandered through misty valleys. They’ve been through slippery rocks, ones rushing rivers have for centuries ran through and smoothed over.

They’ve also found themselves above the waters. A few times, not that many, but several memorable moments recorded in the books of eternity.

I’d like to walk on water again. I’d like to go to the deep end, not noticing all the waves crashing round me. I’d like to walk calmly forward, eyes locked on those of the One who has called me.

Let these feet walk on water, once again.
